Glass merchant

Sad to say our beautiful glass splashback only lasted 14 months and spontaneously shattered into a million pieces whilst cooking, nothing different to what I have been doing for the past 14 months. Tiny shards of glass were popping out all night. After contact with WAGlasskote it was evident that this was our problem and now could only be covered by our home insurance. Very disappointing.In response to the below feedback from Peter I can quote word for word what the resolution was that I was offered,I have just been advised that unfortunately your splashback is our of our 12-month breakage warranty, as your glass was installed in April 2021 therefore the splashback will be covered under your insurance.We can certainly come around tomorrow to remove and clean up the broken glass which we have a fee of $200.00 inc and if you would like to go ahead and replace the splashabck through your insurance. A quote will be drawn up for you (and will show the removal price)Please adviseRegards,

Just got passed by a Perth City Glass work van doing 80 in a 60 zone. If you can’t trust the company with your life I wouldn’t trust them with your business.

I had a good experience with the Just Glass team when they serviced my glass shower screen. The original hinges had failed, leaking grease. Just Glass team replced the hinges and the bottom door seal and the screen now looks like new. Team cleaned up after themselves and were very efficient and respectful.
